Poor Charis having constipation

Brought Charis to see doctor last night
She has difficulties in passing motion...
Keep crying and crying when trying to poop
The stool was struck, so we rush to a nearby clinic
It was too late to insert any drug to loosen the stool
so doctor have to dig out the stool with his finger
We have to pin Charis down as she is struggling badly
Glad that we brought her to the clinic
He commented the stool was bigger than his finger
He has to mash it then dig out the stool
When we saw that, t was as hard as stone
Charis is unable to push it out by herself
Poor girl, no wonder she is crying so badly each time she try to poop
Need to include more fibre in her diet
meaning more papaya, tomato and banana
Apple do not help much
And one more thing, we have to change her FM again
This problem is due to FM according to the doctor
Jialiat, 18mth now, and we are still finding the suitable FM for her
If only she will love her solid food more

Arrival of baby Nicholas

19 April 2021, we welcomed our new member :) he has came to us as a surprised gift. I got to know I was pregnant last Sep, at first it came to me as a shock rather than surprise. Firstly I did not thought that getting conceive is easy, for all previous pregnancy, I have tried ways and means to get pregnant, and now I did not even try and I strike jackpot! Of course, baby equal joy!!! We broken the news to our kids and Charis even cried when she heard it. My pregnancy journey is not a smooth one, at 40 year old, I feel my body is not prepared and weak for this pregnancy. I have bleeding for the whole T2 and pelvic pain for T3. Basically i need more and more bedrest and because I get to work from home due to covid 19, I did not have to travel to work or request any medical leave. 16 April 2021, I am at week 37 plus 4days, during the gynae check, I was already 2cm dilated, I am excited. My inital plan is to induce on 19 April as I am worried that the fliud level will drop after week 38...
Charis is better now No more fever after 1 week No more runny nose No more coughing I was so worried when she was still having fever (37.4 ~ 37.8 degrees) on monday... Pd say it may be due to the flu that is why she is still having fever on & off felt so painful when they use a machine to suck out her mucus Charis was struggling bad! I believe she HATES doctor now She has phlegm in her lung I was so scared that it will turn be to bronchiolitis Hengz... I made a call to Ah kor, she gave me a method 1) Feed her with barley 2) No shower because she caught a flu 3) Use Ru Yi Oil plus a few drop of martell and massage on her tummy And it WORKS on her! Really 佩服 ah kor! 谢天谢地!! ! She can sleep well again! (include us too)

Dear still have time for his dental appointment 3pm: Dr Wong came to break the water bag, only 3cm dilated. Arranged me to put on drip at 4.30pm cos dear is not back from his appointment yet. Everytime must wait for him :( 4.30pm: Shortly after dear is back, nurse came to put me on drip. Start to feel the contraction at every 4min interval. Dilation is only 4cm 4.40pm: The pain is getting worse and I have the urge to poo. Asked nurse to check, still 4cm. Cannot tahan any longer, asked for epidual. 4.45pm: Nurse was preparing the consent form, I have strong urge to push. Pushed a few times, thought that I have pooped and asked nurse over to clean up.
