I feel so lousy!!! Whenever Charis is not feeling well, I will feel super lousy! It seems like I am not taking good care of her. This morning, mum called me and informed me Charis temperature is slightly on the high side. Yesterday she is not feeding well, only 600ml milk intake Mum said maybe she is teething As Charis kept digging into her mouth~ I shall wait and see The last round, it was fever and diahorrea I have to watch for these signs!
I tried to introduce more food to Charis over the weekend! However she dun seems to like it. As Charis has constipation (if she dun poop daily) most of the puree is meant to aid her So far, I have tried prune, pear, sweet potato, So now I try papaya! Papaya Puree (6-8months+) Vitamins: A, C, Folate Minerals: Potassium, Calcium Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that breaks down protein and so boosts the digestion, as well as improving indigestion. It is rich in vitamin C and betacarotene. 75g (3 oz) of papaya will provide a young child’s daily requirement of vitamin C. Papaya is also high in soluble fibre which is important for normal bowel function and an ideal ingredient for baby food recipes. Method: Cut a small papaya in half, remove the black seeds and puree or mash the flesh of one half until smooth. Some parents who have infants with sensitive tummies will give fruits a gentle steaming to help break down the sugars and fibers for easier digestion. If you feel this is the case for
Brought Charis out alone on Friday! Yes! This is the 1st time I bring her out. Keep telling myself that I can do it, and I really did it! Charis is quiet when out. Very different from her usual self! We went to Harbourfront to meet Lavelle. Godsis is bringing Lavelle for a swim. Charis quietly watching Lavelle having fun, no eager to try It seems fun but I scared that Charis will get cold and fall sick. Afterall She has just recovered not long ago. My mum came to join me later to shop around Vivo. She wants to see Lavelle too. Guess little lavelle is in good mood, she is chatty that day Unlike Charis, who keep quiet throughout. Seems to be very well behave, 乖乖baby She can be a great actress next time. See her in her usual self after she has familiarised with the place Responding well to my camera Her hair is down! After a day of wearing her cap So far, I have tried some fruit with Charis. Mainly apples and pear, sweet potato I have bought some Japanese Sweet potato. Should try on her
