Charis is 18 mth old

Charis turns 18mth old today!
Time flies really very fast x3
A few more mths, she will be 2YO
I miss her newborn look, her boyish look
now she is more girl girl with her dora hairstyle

Too bad she will cry when we go to salon,
We cannot bring her for a nice haircut
So this Dora hairstyle will follow her until she dare to step into the hair salon

Yesterday she met a girl who is born in the same year same day as her
真巧，but dunno is mei mei or jie jie...
Both of them have the same hairstyle
They look so cute standing together

Think back, lucky I did not place Charis in CC at 18MO
she still cannot express herself verbally
when we cannot catch what she mean
she will throw temper
I wonder which teacher will tolerate

but she understand every sentence we say
be in english, mandarin, hokkien...

I am just so glad to have her!

Arrival of baby Nicholas

19 April 2021, we welcomed our new member :) he has came to us as a surprised gift. I got to know I was pregnant last Sep, at first it came to me as a shock rather than surprise. Firstly I did not thought that getting conceive is easy, for all previous pregnancy, I have tried ways and means to get pregnant, and now I did not even try and I strike jackpot! Of course, baby equal joy!!! We broken the news to our kids and Charis even cried when she heard it. My pregnancy journey is not a smooth one, at 40 year old, I feel my body is not prepared and weak for this pregnancy. I have bleeding for the whole T2 and pelvic pain for T3. Basically i need more and more bedrest and because I get to work from home due to covid 19, I did not have to travel to work or request any medical leave. 16 April 2021, I am at week 37 plus 4days, during the gynae check, I was already 2cm dilated, I am excited. My inital plan is to induce on 19 April as I am worried that the fliud level will drop after week 38...

Kolby can walk @13 mth

Kolby started walking on his own a few weeks ago.. He is so happy when he can walk on his own to me.. I am so proud of him.

8 June 2015, the day Kolby come to my life. Cannot believe 1 year has past, just in a blink of eye, my kopi boy is 1 year old. Happy birthday Kolby! Mommy loves you always! Be happy and healthy! It is my only wish.  Oh my, I survived 1 year without maid! Seriously I cannot make it without my mother. 真的是世上只有妈妈好! 家 有 一老，如有 一宝 ！ 很幸运，我有两宝！！！ And I am also happy that I have breastfeed my kopi boy for a year and still going on! The amount I pump in the day is only half of what he is drinking in the day, I am surprised that I can nurse him during the weekend, and at night. It is quite amazing how our body works when baby is around. I read from online that there is always milk for them. And it is true! Another good news is I managed to lose more weight, from L size to M size now, I managed to wear back some of my pre-preggy dresses and tops. I still have a tummy to slim down before I can wear back my pants.  I will continue to exercise to make it happen.
