Deligthful friday

I went for my Detailed Scan on Friday.
I was kind of worried before the scan as baby is rather inactive these 2 days.
The results are GOOD!
Baby is very active during the scan.
Keep moving her little hands and legs
and doing Yoga!
Yes, she bend her body well, very flexible :)

She is very heavy at 446g. Only in week 21
Dr Wong commented that the measurement taken show baby is quite big size.
Close to those Ang Mo babies. She even thought my dh is big size!
Baby is absorbing the nutrients very well,
I am very relief to hear it.
However I have to cut down my diet,
Cos I have put on 6Kg in 1 mth, that explain my backache too.
Still the weight is acceptable,
as on the average, I have only put on 1kg per mth since pregnant.
And the placenta has rised up, thanks god!
Everything is well and good!

Just went shopping for baby clothes this morning at Yishun.
Surprising the price is very cheap compared to shopping centre.
Bought alot of there:
9pcs of front button S/S top @ $2 each,
5pcs of long pants @ $2 each,
2pcs of front button L/S top @ $2 each,

1pc of hooked towel @ $8,

2 set of mitten and booties@ $2 each,

bought some 3-6mth baby clothes too:
3 tops @ 3pcs for $5

3 shorts @ $2.5 each, I find the short very cute! But it is kind of big, have to wait for my princess to grow older :)

4pcs of front buttons S/S top @ $5 each
4pcs of shorts for @ $5 each

The place is at Chong Pang, Yishun.
Mummies can drop by to see.
It is a small shop though.
I think baby grow very fast,
it will be a waste to I buy expensive clothes for her. Keke

Arrival of baby Nicholas

19 April 2021, we welcomed our new member :) he has came to us as a surprised gift. I got to know I was pregnant last Sep, at first it came to me as a shock rather than surprise. Firstly I did not thought that getting conceive is easy, for all previous pregnancy, I have tried ways and means to get pregnant, and now I did not even try and I strike jackpot! Of course, baby equal joy!!! We broken the news to our kids and Charis even cried when she heard it. My pregnancy journey is not a smooth one, at 40 year old, I feel my body is not prepared and weak for this pregnancy. I have bleeding for the whole T2 and pelvic pain for T3. Basically i need more and more bedrest and because I get to work from home due to covid 19, I did not have to travel to work or request any medical leave. 16 April 2021, I am at week 37 plus 4days, during the gynae check, I was already 2cm dilated, I am excited. My inital plan is to induce on 19 April as I am worried that the fliud level will drop after week 38...

Kolby can walk @13 mth

Kolby started walking on his own a few weeks ago.. He is so happy when he can walk on his own to me.. I am so proud of him.

Holiday mean FUN!

HAPPY!!! I started to love school holidays more! For 1 reason! To wake up late! Ok, I don’t get to sleep until 自然醒 but it is still a joy to wake up 1 hour later than the usual timing 。。 After all ever since have kids, sleep until 自然醒 is a very much luxury for me Holiday mean FUN! As a working mommy, I cannot spend whole june holiday with them but I try to take 1 or 2 days leave off work to spend time with them. We have watched Jungle Book together on 27 May after their parent-teacher-meeting. And I hope that I can bring them out once a week to enjoy during this holiday. After having Kolby, we missed out a lot of thing together. Playing with them and bring them to play are 2 different thing. I want to play with them. Have fun with them. That why a helper will be good if someone can help to look after my kopi boy while I bond with my 2 darlings. But now, it is too late to get a helper as kopi boy will sure reject strange faces.
