1 more day to 20 weeks pregnancy :) more colleagues start to notice my bump, it is getting obvious but I wonder why I was not getting any seat in the train. People just act blur. Yesterday, I was sitting on the bus at 1 adult 1 child seat, 1 mummy and her kid board the bus. She was expecting me to give up the seat to her. The bus was full and nobody is offering her any seat so she just stand near me and told her son to wait. I felt bad for letting the kid stand but I need the seat too. If in the train, I will give up the seat but bus will be too shaky for me. So I decided to sit down and be the bad auntie. There is space beside me, she can ask her son to sit down if she is scared that her son may fall but she didn't. So I keep quiet and rest. 

It is Wednesday, mid of the week. It is also 4th week of primary school life for Charis. She is still learning to cope. Waking at 6am for school, finish her homework before she can play, paying attention in class, taking down notes etc. Despite she is trying to get used to the routine, she enjoys her school time. I am glad that she has no complaints. At the same time, I am trying to adapt too. At times, it seems more tiring for me as my tummy grow. Getting from hubby is like waiting for bonus, rare and little. But it is OK. It don't make sense to me if 2 adult has to wake up early to prepare for 1 kid either. We were out on Sunday for CNY shopping. Having Japanese  curry rice, even the mild seem spicy to Gregory. His hair is all wet, jiejie Charis still able to take the spiciness.

On this day, I am scared by Charis. It is the day she went missing. I am totally shocked and did not know how to react when it happened. My mind was loss, the moment my mom called and told me that Charis did not catch the school bus and the school bus auntie told my mom that Charis told her that her mom is coming to fetch her so the school bus left without her after she left Charis at a gate to wait for me. I was so worried and burst out when I heard that. Calling up the school to check was the 1st thing I do. The school admin helped to find but could not find. My mother rushed down to the school and I simply dropped all my work and took a cab over. Calling up the school bus boss, but he did not answer my call. so lost that I didn't know what to do next. Keep asking myself who will pick her up, I have been telling her not to follow a stranger, and I just told her this morning that she must remember the sch bus number so that she will not board the wrong bus. Into my 16 weeks of pregnancy, everything goes smooth. Used to have morning sickness, lucky it is mild and only happen when I am hungry. I have many many cravings for this baby and I need to satisfy it. Womb service, my baby request it. I think I looked more than 16 weeks. I am expecting a boy, can start my shopping now

Ending the bad and sad in year 2014, hope peace and happiness fill every part of year 2015

Charis started to wear glasses just before starting her primary school. I received a letter that she need to go health promotion board for a detailed eye check up in end nov. After the eye check up, she confirmed that she need to wear glasses. I was upset for a few days. Simply cannot accept that she need to wear glasses so young. Especially we seldom watch tv program at home, no tablets and smartphones for the kids. Then I realised that her bad reading habit and poor lighting got her this. Stupid me got the living room lighting in warm light and cool white. The orangey light is not suitable for reading and the white light is too weak for reading. Thanks god that her degree is not high, hopefully she will wear her glasses well and her degree will not increase too much.

As school holiday has started, thinking that it may be boring for the 2 kids to stay at grandma house, so we allowed them to bring their scooter to grandma house. It was a bad move! While my dad was busy with Gregory, he did not realize that Charis was riding fast down a slope. When he knew, Charis had landed face down to the ground. Accident happen, I am not blaming my dad or anyone. It is her mischief that got her in this stage. I just feel terribly painful each time I see her face.   I brought her to see a GP at that night. It was a painful night. The doctor need to clear away the dirt that stick to her wound and the process was so scary even to me. Numbing cream was first to her face and the doctor started to scrap the surface. Blood keep surface up. I cannot take a clear look at it. Whole process, Charis is very brave and calm. After the wound clean up, it slowly get better. I am glad that I brought her to the doctor for the cleaning up. The wound heal faster as compared...
