oh my!

15.4KG ! ? ! ? !
Isn't this sound very scary?
10KG go to me!
How hard must I exercise to lose that weight after birth?
hmm, why the breast area only put on 0.5kg, so little? *faint*

Hopefully it is not accurate! but I must prepare well :)
Have not weigh myself these few weeks, dunno how heavy now?
I see myself more and more round everyday, think not a good sign!
maybe my gynae will ask me to watch my diet during next visit ;p

I dunno what is there to show off when the gynae give ur daughter some many pills to take..
I dislike my hao lan relative!
everything want to compare...
dunno why so "lucky" that both of us get preggy around same timing.
Her daughter pregnantcy is 6 weeks later than me.
Tummy shape and size, u want to compare;
expecting baby boy or girl, u want to compare;
how much is the gynae consulation, u want to compare;
how many pills do we take, u also must compare;
Even morning sickness u also want to compare...

For your info, my MS is minor,
i felt nausea in my week 5-6..
backache in week 7-8,
giddy and headache in week 9..
by week 10, MS is gone!
except that if I eat too spicy or too oily or too full,
then I feel nausea and giddy..

but now I am in my trim 2, everything is well and smooth,
except that I will feel backache after some housework..
I am not like ur sassy daughter,
her husband cook for her, she just wait to be serve!
I cook, i do my own washing!

Since the day I know I am preggy, I drink 3-glasses of milk daily,
plus I cook soup for every dinner,
of cos my gynae dun give me extra calcium pills.
I eat steam fish every dinner, so my gynae find that I do not have to take fish oil so early.

Why compare? We are so different!

And PLEASE DUN COMPARE OUR KIDS in future!
I wun GIVE FACE!

My Labor Story

My labor story for Gregory is rather a short one. 9am: Went for my week 38 check up. Dr Wong checked that Water level is low, was asked to induce today. Pill inserted, arrangeed to admit TMC at 1pm 1pm: Reached TMC, labour ward fulled, waited for room. 2pm: In labour ward, nurse checked for dilation. Only 2cm dilated. Dear still have time for his dental appointment 3pm: Dr Wong came to break the water bag, only 3cm dilated. Arranged me to put on drip at 4.30pm cos dear is not back from his appointment yet. Everytime must wait for him :( 4.30pm: Shortly after dear is back, nurse came to put me on drip. Start to feel the contraction at every 4min interval. Dilation is only 4cm 4.40pm: The pain is getting worse and I have the urge to poo. Asked nurse to check, still 4cm. Cannot tahan any longer, asked for epidual. 4.45pm: Nurse was preparing the consent form, I have strong urge to push. Pushed a few times, thought that I have pooped and asked nurse over to clean up. Once checked, nurse to...

Charis is 7 mth big! So far she is able to • Sit well • Crawl well • Lunges forward from sitting position to grasp an object • Feeds herself with a cracker • Drink well from sippy cup • Recognises names & faces • Begins to understand meaning of “No” • Imitate what we do • Stand up while holding on to something • Trying to walk with support • Sleep on her own without rocking or patting her to sleep • Say mama when angry • Play peek-a-boo Tried feeding Charis Banana Puree on Monday Banana Puree Bananas are full of slow-release sugars which provide sustained energy. They make a perfect baby recipe as they are portable and come in their own easy to peel packaging. They are also good for the treatment of diarrhoea and constipation. Method: Peel a small banana and mash with a fork. During the first stages of weaning, add a little milk if necessary to thin down the consistency and add a familiar taste. However, Charis doesn't like it at all. Yuke! Refuse to try! Trying to escape from ...
